These filters are new, open box, individually wrapped. Manufacture date is 8/31/2022, and have a 2 yr. shelf life. Have been properly stored in lab environment. Still sterile and may be used for academic research and R&D applications.
The Meissner GS2VTH0.2-224 is a SteriLUX® Standard Capsule Filter specifically engineered for high-performance, sterilizing-grade filtration in biopharmaceutical and critical fluid applications.
- G: Gamma-irradiated (delivered pre-sterile and process-ready)
- S2: Standard Capsule size (specifically the CS2 or S2 model configuration, offering approximately 1 to 2 ft² of nominal filtration area)
- VTH: SteriLUX® VTH-grade (features a hydrophilic Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) membrane)
- 0.2: 0.2 µm absolute pore size rating (sterilizing-grade filtration)
- 2: Two Luer ports with caps (standard vent/drain configuration)
- 24: 1/2″ hose barb inlet and outlet connections (optimized for flexible/rigid process tubing
- Membrane Material: Hydrophilic Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF)
