Description
Agilent MS 120 Rotary Vane Pump – X3702-64100
This pump is new, not used, open box. Unit itself shows staining on the top, that does not affect performance. Manufacture date is 7/2021.
The Agilent MS 120 Rotary Vane Pump (part number X3702-64100) is a high-capacity, single-stage, oil-sealed roughing vacuum pump engineered specifically as a foreline backing pump for high-demand laboratory analytical instruments like Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS) systems. Controlled by an integrated inverter motor, it maximizes speed and pressure control while operating at high efficiency.
-
- Nominal Pumping Speed: Up to 156 m³/h (92 cfm) at 1500 rpm.
- Effective Capacity: 120 m³/h (71 cfm) at 5 mbar absolute pressure.
- Ultimate Pressure: Down to 0.07 mbar (0.0525 torr) with the gas ballast valve closed.
- Electrical Requirements: 200–240 V, 50/60 Hz single-phase input powered by an inverter-driven 1.8 kW (2.4 Hp) motor.
- Inlet Flange: ISO KF DN40
- Exhaust Flange: ISO KF DN25
- Acoustics: Features a noise level of roughly 60 dB(A) due to its built-in Quiet Cover or integrated sound abatement layout.
- Inverter Control: The built-in inverter automatically shifts motor speeds to match target vacuum demands, drastically lowering power consumption, and expanding pump life.
- Condensation Protection: Equipped with adjustable gas ballast valves to actively purge water vapor and highly volatile solvents from the pump oil chamber, preventing internal corrosion.
- Mechanism Protection: Integrates an automatic oil recovery system alongside a non-return valve and mesh filter at the inlet flange to shield the vacuum path from oil back streaming.
- Weight: 100 kg (220 lbs)
- Dimensions (WxHxL): 20.3 x 21.2 x 29.5 ins.
- Oil Capacity: 1.8 L
