The Simport T311-2 Cryovial is a 2 mL self-standing cryogenic vial featuring an internal thread and a silicone washer seal for secure sample storage.
- Capacity: 2 mL
- Design: Self-standing skirted base with a locking design for one-handed operation; internal thread with a silicone washer seal
- Temperature Range: -196°C to +121°C (restricted to the gas phase of liquid nitrogen)
- Material: Medical-grade, USP Class VI, FDA-compliant polypropylene (tube and cap have the same coefficient of expansion to maintain seal integrity across temperatures)
- Sterilization & Certification: Sterilized by gamma radiation; certified free of RNase, DNase, DNA, and pyrogens
- Packaging: Supplied in tamperproof, resealable safety-lock bags of 100 (typically 1,000 per case.
- Use by Date: 4/2025 ~ may still be used in academic and R& D applications.
