Description
Agilent 6520 Accurate-Mass Q-TOF LC/MS w/Dual Sprayer ESI Source
This unit came to us from a working lab. we tested for power on only. Does also include the G3251B Dual Sprayer ESI Source. Unit will not come with software or computer., so would be ideal for one looking for a replacement unit.
-
- Performance: Achieves better than 2 ppm MS mass accuracy and better than 5 ppm MS/MS accuracy, enabling high-confidence identification.
- Sensitivity: Features attomole-level sensitivity with high-volume counterflow drying gas to reduce noise.
- Technology: Employs 32 Gbit/sec data sampling and temperature-stabilized ADC (analog-to-digital converter) electronics, which enhances dynamic range and mass accuracy.
- Ion Optics: Uses a thin skimmer aperture, an on-axis octopole ion guide, and a hexapole collision cell for enhanced transmission and fragmentation.
- Detection: High-speed data acquisition (up to 10 MS/MS spectra/sec) makes it compatible with fast LC chromatography.
- Mass Range: Covers a broad mass range from m/z 25 to 20,000
- Optics: Features a hexapole collision cell and a thermally stable Invar flight tube for precise mass accuracy without requiring strict lab temperature control.
- Ion Interfaces: Compatible with Electrospray (ESI), Agilent Jet Stream ESI (AJS ESI), APCI, APPI, MultiMode, and MALDI.
- Compatibility: Designed for use with Agilent 1200 Series HPLC and Infinity/Infinity II UHPLC systems.
- Software: Controlled via Agilent MassHunter Workstation software. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
- Power: Requires one or two dedicated 15 Amp (200 – 240 V AC} power outlets, depending on the specific configuration.
- Exhaust: A dedicated exhaust system for the fore line pump and spray chamber is mandatory for installation.
- Clearance: The system should be placed within 2.5 meters (8 feet) of its power source
- Dimensions (WxD): 48 x 26 in.
- Weight: 375 lbs.
