Denator AB DST0001 Stabilizor T1
This item is in good condition. Retrieved from working lab environment. Powers on, initializes. Unit has onboard software.
The Denator Stabilizor T1 model DST0001 is a laboratory instrument designed to instantly freeze-in biological states by rapidly and evenly heat-inactivating enzymes. It prevents protein degradation, preserves phosphorylation states, and improves reproducibility in biochemical workflows without requiring chemical inhibitors. The Denator Stabilizor T1 features an onboard software system. It operates via an integrated touchscreen that allows users to select methods, monitor processes, and track system status.
- Heater Settings & Temperature Range: Typically operates between 90°C and 95°C. It features precision dual-heating blocks with automated temperature control to maintain uniform conductive heating.
- Processing Speed: 10 to 60 seconds depending on the selected profile (Default “Auto-fresh” structure-preserving modes are usually 10–20 seconds; custom bacterial inactivation processes can go up to 45–62 seconds).
- Sample Interface Elements: Employs an internal laser to automatically measure sample thickness. It continuously assesses and dynamically adjusts pressure, vacuum, and heating parameters for optimal sample treatment.
- Control System: Integrated, operator-friendly digital touchscreen interface for method selection, custom setting adjustments, and real-time process monitoring.
- Connectivity: Built-in USB interface used for secure data transfer, protocol logging, and firmware updates.
- Form Factor: Compact, portable benchtop instrument footprint optimized for low power consumption in a laboratory setting
- Sample Size Constraints: Maximum Diameter: Up to 33 mm ~ Maximum Height: Up to 7 mm ~ Minimum Size: No lower limit
